Joint-Friendly Foundations: Strengthen and support healthy movement patterns through supine, prone, side-lying, floor-sitting, kneeling, hands-and-knees and standing positions — if you're new to yoga, with average mobility & strength in these ways, this series is for you!
Therapeutic Tools: Experience yoga therapeutics and gentle self-massage designed for real bodies with real challenges.
Meditation Made Simple: Learn beginner-friendly techniques — breathing, mantra, mudra, and in-the-moment "stress hacks" — that calm the mind, nurture inner awareness and help you choose more reflective responses to stress-triggers.
You’ll cultivate a deeper awareness of body and mind, learn how to become present-moment minded, regulate your nervous system, build confidence in movement, yoga theory and meditation, and unwind fatigue and tension as you "feel" how yoga therapeutics can recharge your energy, and transform stress into calm.
This series is taught online using Zoom. There are two ways to participate — students can practice along during the livestream class or, practice on your own time to the weekly class recording. Students will have access to all class recordings as they accumulate as the series progresses, and the full 8-class recording library for a bonus 4 weeks once the series ends. Students who practice during the livestream will not appear on the class recording.

To create your home practice space, set up your laptop or tablet on waist-level table, near an area with blank wall space. A few basic yoga props will be helpful: a strap or band, a yoga blanket or thicker beach towel (2 is even nicer), a tennis ball or similarly sized therapy ball, 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga bolster (or dense torso-length cushion or pillow that can support your upper body weight).
